Question on Emphyrio

I've a small question on Emphyrio which has bothered me now long enough.
I've read a Dutch translation of Emphyrio. In the translation a planet called 'Maastricht' is mentioned. As Maastricht is a Dutch city I wonder if the planet is called the same in the english version or that the planet's name is given a Dutch name by the translator.
