Just wondering whether anyone (Underwood or Miller, perhaps) has ever considered putting together an anthology of stories in the Vancian style or spirit by various SF authors? Vance's influence is quite widespread; I would think potential contributors would include Gene Wolfe, Dan Simmons, Robert Silverberg, Michael Shea, Darrel Schweitzer, Jeff VanDerMeer, Larry Tritten, Terry Dowling...etccetera. After all, Shadowlands Press recently published an anthology of pieces set in Clark Ashton Smith's Zothique; if for Smith, why not for Vance?
