Can anyone tell me if laughing magician has actually been published yet? I have this book on order from Andromeda Bookshop here in the UK for some time, and the Underwood site shows this book as being published May 97.

I'd also be interested to here from anyone in the UK or Europe who have ordered books from dealers who advertise in places such as Bibliofind. All these dealers seem to be in the States - where there any problems, and how much does postage cost?
