While most are in the States, I've found several Vance books on ABE from dealers in Australia, and postage is not too bad ($5-8 U.S.) I also found other books from U.K. dealers on ABE. Problems will likely depend on the dealer, not on the service used to find them. So far I have had excellent luck (knock wood.)
