Dark Side of the Moon - Scarce?

Hello folks,

I just saw a copy of Dark Side of the Moon published by Underwood Miller in about 1986?. This was a regular trade copy
unsigned and it sold for $255!

Is this the going price for this book and if so why is it so much scarcer than most of the other Vance U/M books?
