Enjoyed the Hobb website. Literary recommendations from friends, acquaintances, even strangers, mean much more to me than media sales-hype. Will look for the works of Ms. Hobb, who shares a name with one of my favorite storytellers for young adults, Astrid Lindgren.
: I checked here only to see if the Uncle was found again and noticed the Anderson string.
: I renewed my subscription immediately!
: A recommendation on books (And you need to know that Vance was the only author where I decided to buy every book about nearly 30 years ago) Liveship traders, book 1; the Magic Ship was an extremely fascinating story. A paperback sets you back about 7 dollar, worth a try: it's really great and Hobb IS a stroy teller in this book.
: I read only the farseers trilogy and this book so far but I feel compelled to keep reading her new work. Older books I need to find out. other information on that author: Robin Hobb: http://home-1.worldonline.nl/~wjtimmer/Robinhobb.htm
