I would like to thank those who positively responded so far, namely Patrick D., Willem, John Robinson, and Suan Yong.
Patrick and Willem seem to be leaning over backwards to be nice; John made a good point. I can agree with Suan Yong, but the problem is, if attacks where cast in a Vancian style, it would be fun for everyone (the sheer amount of rhodomontade, braggadacio and piffle is remarkable); and I think that the flamers are not interested in that, but only in grandstanding. For any further responses or action, I can only laugh together with Martin G.
