Madouc SFBC edition - rare or non-existant?

Years ago I added a pair of pretty nice Science Fiction Book Club editions of Vance's first two Lyonesse stories to my collection. I did not belong to the SFBC then, and I still don't. My question is: DID THE CLUB EVER ISSUE THE THIRD TITLE ... MADOUC? If you have an extra, let me know ... thanks.
