i'm a dutch fan of vance's work.
The first time i heard word about ports of call, in dutch, being released was around the end of februari, the first time i saw it in the bookstore was on 19-3-'98. However, the english version was already available for a few days. I think the english version went on sale around 14-3-'98.
A document with a exact dutch release date has never seen the light of day, even on the meulenhoff's website there was no specific releasedate
