He is HA Treesong. He became the King of the Overmen, Microsoft, who live off the pain and honest labour of decent, normal people. He tried to become director of the IPCC, just about every influential standards committee in computing (is your hardware approved by Microsoft for use with windows?), and finally attempted to rule the Institute (the Internet). All by methods both devious and fair.
