My preference is and I hope JV concerntrates on SF as well. I have always been curious about the Pleasant Valley incident and would love to read a Prequel to the DP series. I read the Foundation trilogy many years ago, but have only just read the prequel (irritatingly - the name escapes me), but the story stood by itself and was very enjoyable. I have just started to re-read the trilogy itself. The reason I like JV so much is the images I have in my mind when reading his books. One other author that conjures up such strong images is Larry Niven. Does anybody else have a view on his work?
