I recommend my bookseller, L W Currey Inc., in Elizabethtown NY,. Lloyd runs a strickly mail order business, and was a co-editer of the late-lamented Gregg Press science fiction re-print series, He carries British, limited signed first editions, regular and trade editions, reprints, and magazines of Vance's works (among many others). You can find him on the web. He publishes a beautiful catalog at irregular intervals.
