Does anybody else have more info on this? What I am sure about, however, is that Meulenhoff
(Dutch publisher of Vance) does have a special relationship with JV.
They claim his books are selling like the ones written by Asimov and Heinlein.
All JV's novels and over 90% of his stories have been translated in Dutch.
Some novels (like The Face and now Nightlamp) were published *before* the American editions.
I invite someone from Meulenhoff to provide us with more info!
