Too late - I've been to Hay and made a valiant attempt to sift through the Zillions of used books there, didn't find many Vance. I guess that he was primarily published in the US, and wasn't able to find any of his mysteries (What you Brits call Crime Fiction) at all.

Still it might be worth a shot, but plan on spending at least two days there, for Hay-on-Wye is truely a booklovers' paradise!

: : Keep searching, I have 50+ JV books, so I am finding it very hard to fill in the gaps now!

: This is the best advice you can get. Patience and regular visits to your (local?) second hand book store.

: Hmmm, isn't there small village in England called Hay on Wye? It is famous for its many second hand book shops. Maybe you could go on a Vance Book Quest! ;)

: Good luck!
