I found a listing of the movie in a copy of Video magazine several years ago (5 or 6?), with the address of the distributor. I sent away to them and did get a copy of the VHS version of the movie (as I recall, the price was $59.95). I have no idea if it is still available from them, but their address was:

After a very short search, I also found a "previously-owned" copy of it for sale on a website called Video Oyster (www.videooyster.com/index).
