I just posted this tidbit on the main page:
A bookstore in Sweden, SF-Bokhandeln, shows Night Lamp as being available in
Okt (October, I presume), in inb format, which means "inbunden", which doesn't
mean anything to me.
I can't read Swedish, but I think this is a SF bookstore in Sweden. Let me
know if I got it right.
