There have been repro covers for sale on ABE for 3 or 4 months now. _The Man in the Cage_, _The Fox Valley Murders_, _The Pleasant Grove Murders_ and _The Deadly Isles_ at $22.50 each. You can see these by searching for John Holbrook Vance and then using your browser to search for "facsimile".
There was some email discussion about the legality of this. I was shocked that this was even remotely legal and asked the bookseller (Black and White Books) about it. The seller sent me an email saying he couldn't discuss that subject. Sounded flaky to me, too, but at least with a book, you have a plausible license to copy the dust jacket since the usually come with one.
