_Emphyrio_ was mentioned in issue #5 of the Vance Phile. _To Live Forever_ was
mentioned in issue #6 of the Vance Phile. As far as I know, both Tim and Chuck kept complete
copies of the mailing lists. Why some people are not hearing from one or the other is weird.
