I called Supercrown Sunnyvale Monday with the same question and Supercrown's Michael had finally returned from being sick for a while as the signed copies languished the nonce. My copies were (supposedly) shipped out that very day, 12/16.
On Dec. 2 it also sounded like there were *still* signed copies available for purchase. Anyone who didn't get their Night Lamp may still have an opportunity. Or else Supercrown's Scott didn't know whereof he spoke, but it sounded like there were several signed copies available.
