Actually I have the same comment to do, when i launch wwwboard.pl, I have a 500 error reply. If I verify the error log of my web server (apache) it says :"no such file or directory at /usr/local/httpd/cgi-bin/wwwboard.pl line 238"

Except this, I have configured the wwwboard according to the documentation, so it should not be a problem of permission
