I proofread the Underwood-Miller edition, and I had heard that it had already been sent to Tor before my revisions went in (and before at least one other proofreader's revisions.) So at the least, the corrections may be different. No doubt the typeface is different as well, perhaps accounting for the page-count discrepancy.
