It comes and goes in spurts. Sometimes I don't see any ARC's for a year, and then *bam!* -- common as dirt. I snapped up six of 'em a couple of months ago and just snagged another five last week, including an Underwood-Miller _Dark Ocean_ and the TOR _Madouc_. And yeah, I'm selling the other three I bought on EBay to pay for the two I'm keeping.
