I checked my '94 UM _TDE_ and the "map concept" is credited to Tim Underwood. Geo. Barr did the artwork for cover and whatever, but there's nothing I can see on the map that indicates who drew it. Barr probably. Anyway, it'd be copyrighted to UM and SFBC wouldn't be likely to copy it or make up their own.
