There is a map of the Dying Earth in J.B. Posts' The Atlas of Fantasy. It was elegantly drawn by George Barr for the 1976 Underwood-Miller edition of the Dying Earth. The text mentions another map, by Robert Briney, used in the first edition of The Atlas of Fantasy. The maps apparently disagree in many particulars. There appears to be no definitive cartographic information about this area.
