Has anyone else emailed Turpin (the publishers of Jack Vance: Critical Appreciations and a Bibliography)? I sent an email last week to reserve a copy of the ltd edition, and have not had any acknowledgement. Just wondering if this is normal, or if I had better phone/fax instead.
