I agree with Tim about TDE. Go to ABE Books and do a search to see what dealers are selling the books for (although not neccessarily what they are getting.) Space Pirate I'd guess is about $40. Vance's signature is fairly common, but desirable. Prices for rare Vance books seemed to have been rising in recent months.
If and when you sell, I would suggest using "www.ebay.com".
