At the beginning of one of the Alastor books (Trullion I think) mention is made that the Connatic sometimes travels the cluster representing himself as a high official in his own service. Late in both Trullion and Wyst, Ryl Shermantz (an official in the Connatic's service) appears. Is this the Connatic travelling and righting wrongs throughout the cluster?
