Amazon.com has a new Vance book listed that I must have missed when it first came out. That is "The Demon Prices (Instructor's Manual)". It's a hardcover by Tor published Sept 97 and is currently out of print. Anyone know where I can get a copy? I think this is supposed to be Demon Princes Vol. 2 but gee, what wouldn't you give for an Instructor's Manual to being a Demon Prince!! I guess Kirth never knew all these guys went to the same high school.
