He has just published NIGHT LAMP. It is available from Underwood Books (see the main page for info.) TOR will be publishing a trade hardcover edition in Oct. It's also available now in The Netherlands.
MADUOC is a fairly common book (it won the World Fantasy Award.) I believe it's still available in paperback form. It is the third book of a fantasy trilogy.
Vance himself has never appeared on this BBS. My sources tell me he is not on the internet at all.
