I saw the bound hardback edition of Ports of Call for sale at a local bookstore here in the Netherlands. Guess that means you can buy it in the USA too :-). The inside read "April 1998". Meulenhoff's Dutch translation was not for sale yet, but is expected to appear this or next week. Looks like Tor Books beat Meulenhoff by a hair's length.
