Hmm, PORTS OF CALL was reviewed in the Feb issue by Faren Miller, who also called it "Wodehousian". Is it unusual for Locus to pub sequential reviews of the same book? (I just subscribed last month, and haven't received the March issue yet.)
Also, the Feb issue shows two covers for POC; I assume one is the Underwood edition.
I've read it in draft form, and it is wonderful; the best SF he's done in decades, and I think the best dialogue ever.
